Nutrition

We provide balanced, nutritious meals and snacks. We educate children on healthy eating –Special diets for health (e.g. weight management or allergies) are overseen with professional input. Junk food is limited but not banned (moderation and teaching balance is key).

Exercise
Children are encouraged to be active. As mentioned in routines, we plan regular physical activities (sports, biking, walking outings) and try to find something each child enjoys --even just active play – to ensure they get exercise multiple times a week. This helps physical health and mental health.

Sleep
We maintain good sleep hygiene practices (set bedtimes, comfortable sleep environment, reduced screen time at night) because adequate sleep is crucial for health, especially for growing children and mood stability.

Mental Health Support
Emotional and psychological well-being is as important as physical health.
